How long does setup take?
It depends on your organisation and the processes you want to bring in. Every customer receives an onboarding session and help importing existing documents, and any further onboarding is agreed in your proposal, and templates for common risk assessments, audits and forms mean you don't start from scratch.
Can I import existing documents?
Yes. You can upload existing PDFs, Word documents and images. Our team can also help migrate data from spreadsheets or other systems.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption, store data in secure data centres certified to ISO 27001, and provide role-based access controls.
Do you offer training?
Yes. Every customer has access to our help centre, video tutorials and email support, and receives a live onboarding session. Any further training is agreed as part of your proposal.
